Yes. While we love meeting clients in person, we also work with you over WhatsApp, Telegram, or video call. The same care and attention to detail apply whether you're across the street or across the world.

Most custom pieces are crafted in three to four weeks from the moment you approve the final design. The full journey — consultation, design iterations, gemstone sourcing, and crafting — typically takes five to seven weeks. Particularly complex pieces or rare stones may extend the timeline; we'll always tell you upfront.

Earth-mined diamonds are formed deep underground over billions of years. Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical, created in a controlled environment over weeks. Both are real diamonds.

Yes. Every diamond and coloured stone we set comes with a certificate from a respected gemmological laboratory — GIA, IGI, or equivalent. You'll receive the original certificate together with your finished piece.

Use the "Inquire About a Gift Certificate" button in the Gift Certificate section and we'll arrange a personalised certificate for any amount you choose. Your recipient then designs their own piece with us — your gift becomes their journey.

Yes. Every finished piece is delivered worldwide in our signature box with full certification and insured shipping. We handle all customs paperwork on our side so you receive your piece without surprises.

Absolutely. Our designs are starting points, not endpoints. Choose a piece from our gallery and we'll adapt the stone, the metal, the setting, or the proportions to your preference. Every ORTIGAS piece is made for one person alone.

Store each piece separately in its original box to avoid scratches. Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or applying cosmetics and perfume. We provide complimentary cleaning and inspection for life — simply reach out whenever you'd like your piece refreshed.

We accept bank transfer, cash, and select cryptocurrencies. All orders are placed with full payment in advance, as every piece is made to order. You'll receive the final price and full specification for your approval before any payment is made.
